If you want to make a change then do it one client at a time. Too many companies speak about clusters and groups of clients. I believe the focus should be more to make a change one by one - one client at a time.
The successful companies make sure they allocate a key account manager for each customer (b2b) and focus on making a change in small steps instead of trying the impossible to make marge general changes.
Sure you need to have general strategies but at the end of the day each client is unique and will need to be treated as such. One little step at a time and the aggregated changes will be vast.
